About Training & Placement Cell

The Sarojini Naidu Vanita Placement Cell has been successful in maintaining our high placement statistics over the years. The Placement Cell organizes career guidance program for all the students starting from first year. The cell arranges training program like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills, Soft Skills Workshop seminars and webinars by industry experts, and regularly takes up various initiatives to develop students ‘ skills and impart knowledge and awareness in multiple areas.

We welcome all Companies/recruiters seeking graduates, post-graduates and MBA for this placement session. We wish to maintain a long lasting association with our recruiters, old and new.

The Placement team consists of a student body of individuals effortlessly working under a dedicated body of faculty members, to nurture and prepare students for their future careers and bring success and repute to the institution.

Placement Process:

Process Driven Placement System – Over time our placement process has been refined to make recruitment as simple as possible for students and companies alike. The life cycle of the placement process is:

• Inviting and Contacting companies for the drive
• Sharing the JD with students and collect the data of interested students and provide essential details of applicants to the company.
• Confirming drive date with company and organizing placement drive

• Obtain feedback from employers of past batches.
• Enable networking with alumni.
